Inquiries Before the Sale

After the sale begins, inquiries may be texted to (678) 770-9949 and will be answered as time permits. ToddsGoods cannot respond to pricing inquiries prior to the start of the sale.

1. Some of these items are heavy so bring help. Our staff is very limited so we can’t help carry items to your vehicle or assistance loading.

2. Parking

The driveway will be for LOADING ONLY. Do not BLOCK driveway where the estate sale is taking place. Please adhere to all local parking guidelines and observe posted no-parking signs. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or park on lawns. We kindly request that you respect the neighbors and their property.

3. liability

We assume no liability for accidents. Enter sale and move items at your own risk. Please be Careful and mindful or unusual stairs and uneven pavement.

4. Shopping Guidelines

Outside shopping bags are not permitted. Shopping baskets will be provided for your convenience. A 30-minute holding area is available to temporarily store items while you shop.

5. Restricted Areas, sold and Not For Sale

Please respect areas in the house marked as “Do Not Enter.” These spaces are reserved for the homeowner and do not contain items for sale.

Do not remove signs or tape indicating 'Sold' or 'Not For Sale' Those caught removing signs or tape it will be considered as theft.

6. Item Conditions

All items are sold “as-is.” Please inspect items carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Accepted Forms of Payment

Prefer cash or Venmo or Cashapp.

Personal checks and other forms of payment are not accepted.

8. Vintage electronics

Research and follow all safety procedures before using old vintage electronics. Please consult professional electrician, electronic specialist to determine if the device is in working order.

9. Exclusions to Daily Discounts

As the sale progresses, discounts may be applied to items. However, items marked as “Firm” are excluded from daily discounts.

10. All Sales Final

No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

11. Moving and Transporting Items

We do not have staff available to assist with loading. Customers are responsible for providing their own labor to move large items. Recommendations for professional movers can be provided upon request.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

13. Theft (we shouldn’t have to, but)

Please don’t steal from this homeowner, she has authorized us to call the police for anyone caught stealing or charging prices and she will prosecute.
