Bennett And Sudderth LLC
Description & Details
The first weekend of every month, Bennett and Sudderth hosts an off-site sale and outdoor pop-up at their warehouse in Decatur, featuring over 80 indoor and outdoor vendors and makers. This weekend is especially important because we are hosting our Tiki/Luau themed event in which vendors will be bringing Aloha wear, bar ware, records, MCM furniture and art and SO MUCH MORE! Please see the event description below for the pop-up details and peruse through the photos to find some of the goods that will be offered at the sale inside. The pop-up is on Saturday but the sale will run Friday - Monday with this discount schedule: FRIDAY, full price; SATURDAY , 25% off; SUNDAY, 50% off; MONDAY, 75% off. On Saturday, we will have food and beverage and live music by Kinky Waikiki and hope you’ll find some time in your schedule to join us!
“It's a sultry summer out there, and there's neither sea nor shore in sight, but that's not stopping the 'Lode from a Luau! We're taking the reins of this un-Tropical Heat Wave and devoting our August pop up to everything Tiki, from the traditional (carvings, mugs, décor) to the tangential (music, ephemera, fabric), and everything in between. From the most loving artisanship to the shabbiest cash-ins, WE'RE HAVING IT ALL! It's not about appropriation, it's about absorption -- that uniquely Mid-Century American collision of cultures and commerce, where exotic, often unrelated elements become integrated into a crazy new culture of its own. Like Esperanto -- or rock 'n' roll!”
