Thank you for your interest in our estate sale. We want to make sure that everyone has a pleasant experience, so we kindly ask that you read and follow these terms and conditions:

1. Secure your spot in line by texting your First and Last name to 470-814-3425 prior to 12:00 pm the day before sale starts.  On the morning of the sale there will be a sign-up sheet posted. When you arrive, you may add your name to the list. You must be present at least 10 minutes prior to sale beginning to hold your place in line. 

**Our goal is to prevent you from having to wait in inclement weather conditions, by being able to remain in your vehicle, with a digital place in line.

ENTRY WILL BE BASED ON THE SIGN-UP SHEET.
VERIFY YOUR NAME IS ON THE LIST. IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR NAME, ADD IT UPON ARRIVAL.

We will text/call you when it is time to enter. Please hold a place of grace and respect for others who may not be able to send a text message, or who are not aware of our ability for you to have a digital place in line.

Doors will close promptly at the published closing time!

2. Presales are welcome: If you are interested in purchasing a specific item before the sale begins, please contact us to arrange a presale. All sales are final.

3. Pricing Accuracy Notice: We inspect items for correct pricing at checkout.

4. Bring your own tools and manpower: Please bring your own tools and helpers to remove furniture, furnishings, heavy equipment, or heavy machinery from the estate sale. Our staff will not be able to assist you with moving or carrying items.

5. All furniture requires two or more people to move: The furniture available at the estate sale is made of solid wood and will require at least two people to move it. Please make sure to bring enough people with you to move any large items you may purchase.

6. All machines will require multiple people, or special equipment to move. Moving any heavy machinery is the responsibility of the buyer, and any damage caused upon moving by the buyer is the responsibility of the buyer to repair.

7. Payment required before ownership: All furnishings must be paid for before taking ownership of them. We accept cash, cashier checks, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards (4% Fee) up to $200 with ID verification. Please note that we do not accept personal checks. All major purchases (boats, vehicles, etc.) must be secured via cash or cashier's check.

8. All furnishings and electronics are sold as is: All furnishings and electronics are sold as is and are non-refundable. We have done our best to accurately describe and photograph each item, but please be aware that all sales are final.

9. Do not block driveways: We kindly ask that you do not block driveways or park in front of fire hydrants during the estate sale. Please be respectful of our neighbors and their property.

11. Doors will close promptly at the published closing time.

If you wish to show your appreciation for exceptional service or express your satisfaction with our service through a voluntary tip or gratuity, we wholeheartedly welcome and appreciate your gesture. Any tips provided are entirely voluntary and will be distributed among the staff or service providers in accordance with our established gratuity distribution policy. Your generosity is genuinely appreciated and helps support the hard work and dedication of our team.
