By entering or participating in a Zanna Finds Estate Sales event, shoppers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Admission & Entry
Admission fees vary by event and will be clearly stated in each sale listing.
Admission is charged per person and is nonrefundable.
For flat-fee admission events, your admission includes unlimited re-entry during the event's posted hours. Hand stamps or other proof of admission may be required for re-entry.
All merchandise designated as available for removal is included with paid admission unless otherwise stated.
Admission does not guarantee the availability of any specific item.

Merchandise & Availability
All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
No presales, holds, reservations, or delivery services.
All merchandise is offered AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees.
All sales and admission fees are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Zanna Finds Estate Sales reserves the right to exclude specific items or areas from the sale.
Only items clearly designated as available for removal may be taken. Fixtures, appliances, and attached items may not be removed without express permission.

Packing, Loading & Transportation
Shoppers are responsible for providing ALL necessary packing and transportation supplies, including bags, boxes, bins, wrapping materials, and containers.
Bring your own tools, dollies, moving equipment, and sufficient help to safely move furniture and larger items.
Staff will not be available to pack, carry, disassemble, load, or transport purchases.
All items must be removed from the property before the event closes unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Items left behind after the removal deadline may be considered abandoned.

Property & Safety
Enter and shop at your own risk. Estate properties may contain stairs, uneven surfaces, heavy objects, and other potential hazards.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Do not enter restricted, blocked-off, or clearly marked private areas.
Do not move or dismantle fixtures, appliances, or attached structures without permission.
Shoppers are responsible for damage they cause to the property or merchandise.
Please be respectful of the property, staff, neighbors, and fellow shoppers.

Event Policies
Zanna Finds Estate Sales reserves the right to limit the number of shoppers inside the property for safety and crowd control.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, subject to applicable law.
Event hours, admission fees, and merchandise availability are subject to change.
All items are subject to prior removal or withdrawal from the event.
Any event-specific rules listed in the individual sale description take precedence over these general terms.
