BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS.
If you need help moving larger items you can ask our helper Robert. He does work off TIPS so if you ask for help be willing to pay him for his heavy lifting skills. If you cannot pay him for his services then please do not ask for his help. He cannot move items by himself so you will have to help moving items.
Theft will not be tolerated and you will be prosecuted.
All items sold "AS-IS" with NO WARRANTIES. Please inspect all items before purchasing.
NO RETURNS.
There is a 3% convenience fee for the use of all credit cards.
Remember you are in someones home so please be respectful.
Please, at all times, be mindful of neighbor's property & driveways.
All items must be picked up before 4pm on Saturday.
We are not responsible for any accidents before, during and after the sale. Please be careful around the whole property.
Please bring your own packing material to pack your purchases.
