The sign up sheet will be at the front door at 9am on Thursday. Any other sign up sheets will be discarded. Please don’t make your own as you will lose your place in line.

We will allow 15-20 people in at a time, until the line has all come in. It shouldn’t take long

The sale runs through Monday. I can only add 4 days at a time on this site.
We are not preselling and are not able to give prices before the sale. I will put videos out on Facebook and Instagram by Wednesday which shows the different rooms.

We do not allow bags to be carried in to the sale. We will have staff that can help carry your items to the hold shelves and will have plenty of bags and boxes to carry your items out.

Home monitored by security features and police officer. Shoplifters and tag switchers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We have no tolerance or patience for this atrocious rise in crime and I will have anyone attempting to steal arrested on the spot.

Please bring muscle and materials to pack and to haul your wonderful finds. We cannot help carry large items.

We do collect sales tax. Tax exempt status must be shown at check out
