EVERYTHING MUST GO! Nearly everything in the house is $1 except for select items, tables, or items that are marked with blue tape. No reasonable offers will be turned down. Discounts available for bulk purchases. Make us an offer, you won't be disappointed.

Items that are not $1:

There is a sofa that is free (good condition) as well as an old clothes dryer that is free. It works but could probably be best used for scrap metal. There is a great working washing machine for $10. They are not in the pictures, ask the family when you arrive if you are interested.

Stools and chairs are not $1 - bring them to the cashier's table and let's make a deal.

Books, DVDs, VHS tapes are less than $1. The more you buy, the bigger the discount.

The antique sewing machine is $50

The baker's rack is $10

There is a cedar chest that is not pictured for $50 that is in great condition.

...and other items not pictured will be priced at the family's discretion. 99% of the stuff in the house is going to be a dollar or less.

We do not have the time nor the energy to price everything individually. Just be realistic. If you know something is more than a dollar, it's probably more than a dollar. This stuff is priced to move make us an offer!!!
