We do not offer presales, phone sales, or answer questions about price or availability over the phone. The address will be released on estatesales.net the morning before the sale at 10AM. As of 9/2023, we will no longer have a sign up sheet for early arrivals. You must wait in line until we open.

You MUST bring your own help to move items. Tips are not required, but recommended to thank our staff for helping out. You are 100% responsible for any damages incurred while moving an item.

All sales must be picked up by the end of the sale on Sunday or the specified “extra” day, usually the Wednesday after the sale. If you need to arrange a move, we can coordinate that for you.

A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all purchases for card processing. State sales tax will be collected unless you provide a copy of your Tax ID Letter and proper identification. We accept cash, card or Venmo.

Please join us this weekend for a two day sale near downtown Duluth in a sweet home full of treasures. You can expect to find antique furniture, needlepoint items, crystal, paperweights, gold and silver jewelry, antique books, home basics, costume jewelry, and office supplies.

We will be having a friends and family event prior to the sale, so for this particular event we cannot guarantee that everything will be present in the photos. If you are coming for something specific, please text us a picture of the item and ask if it is available and we will try our best to let you know if it sold or not.
