Please bring help and tools to move furniture. All items sold as is, where is. Our staff is unable to move furniture. All sales are final, please check your items prior to purchasing. Please respect the neighborhood and don't park on lawns or block driveways! Cash and Credit Cards accepted. 7.5% tax will be collected on all sales.
Resellers MUST show tax exempt form in order to not collect sales tax on your purchases.
Prices are not provided before the sale begins. I have to say it twice because some folks don't see it the first time!

This is a tiny part of a hoarder home. We need the space, so we’re selling the big stuff! See the photos, there are more tools available. There are at least six scooters by pace saver, drive, rascal, and an electric wheelchair, and one NEW electric three wheel bike.
Tools include a pneumatic air compressor, a manual platform lift truck with an 8800 pound capacity, new in box camping cots, a table-saw, and an electric winch.
we have several new and nearly new lawnmowers, 4 solar panel kits, a brand new 12,000 BTU air conditioner, barrels for rainwater collection, a professional fuel station, and a heat gun.
Additionally, we have a flux wire welder, a home sharpening kit, a welding helmet, a new in box drill press and a Makita demolition hammer and MORE!
