NO REFUNDS or RETURNS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL - We provide bags and wrapping material for most purchases as a service to our customers but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS, SUCH AS FURNITURE & APPLIANCES! All Items must be picked up by end of sale.

Please RSVP prior to the sale date if you plan to attend. List of names attending must be submitted no later than the evening of the 5th. Gate guard will turn you away if your name is not on the list. Sale will begin at 10:00 AM so please do not arrive before that time. Your can text me (404-661-2955 ) or email (southernsistersestatesales@gmail.com) with your name and day you plan to attend. Please park on the side of the street the sale is on and do not block driveways and mailboxes. Please obey all traffic laws inside the subdivision. Including the 25 mph speed limit and coming to a complete stop at stop signs.

There will be 2 gates to enter (1) main entrance on McGinnis Ferry and (2) smaller entrance on Old Atlanta Road. For those of you that have RSVP for 10am on Thursday, some of you might want to consider coming a little later. There may be a long wait at the gate to enter. Thank you.
