3. ALL FURNISHINGS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS".
5. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for damage, scratches etc.
