Sale Policies - ENJOY the Sale!
1. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
2. All sales are final, please make sure to look over your items before purchasing as there are No guarantees, returns or exchanges. Feel free to plug in your item to make sure it works before purchasing, etc.
3. Cash and Credit Cards accepted - 3% fee for credit card transactions.
4. Sales tax charged on ALL purchases.
5. Please be prepared to provide you own labor, tools, etc. We cannot assist with moving large items. There may be someone available to assist but you CANNOT count on it. If you get assistance by a staff member please tip them. (this makes hurting our backs easier to do every weekend ;)
6. Please bring your own packing materials. We do not always have bags, boxes, bubble wrap or packing paper available and a lot of times when we do provide them we run out by the last day.
7. Please park with care and consideration, we assume No liability for accidents and we don't want to make any neighbors upset by blocking their mailboxes or driveways.
8. We are not responsible for any injury sustained while on the sale premises so please be careful!
