Payment for vehicles must be made in cash or cashiers check from from bank. If you have questions that need to be answered right away, please text me. Otherwise, I will respond to your email as soon as I see it. Keep in mind, its very hard to answer emails while the sale is going on.

Just a few things to make the day run smoothly...

There is no restroom available. Please bring tools and help to disassemble and load furniture. If you need delivery, we have a delivery service we recommend.

We accept cash and credit card (credit cards add 3%). NO checks!!!

PLEASE PARK ON ONE SIDE OF THE STREET AND ONLY PARK IN DRIVEWAY FOR LOADING ONLY.

Please leave your back packs and large bags at home or in car. We WON'T allow large bags unless they are empty to start and emptied when checking out. We encourage open boxes and clear bags.

Although she was known for her Christmas  decorations lighting up the corner house in which she lived for over 40 years,  many people would say she stood out simply because she was a class act!  From her exquisite jewelry to her over the top hats, and not to mention, her love for Christ. When you visit this house you'll see evidence of all of above.  

You'll also find a love for birds, purses,  jewelry, custom hats, vintage table cloths, mid century modern lamps and furniture.

All the decorations she won awards for and in the newspaper for,  are here at the house.

 

Vintage linens like embroidered table napkins, 50's table cloths, vintage cookware like pyrex, le creuset, and fire king.  I have jadeite, metal, and stoneware mixing bowls,  along with vintage cooking utensils and tools.

She was a housekeeper for 38 years to one single family.  You'll find vintage maid uniforms.  Pink, blue, stirped, yellow, and black.  Includes apron.
