All items including furniture, clothing, housewares, farm equipment, garden decor, and more will be sold in a combination Live Auction and Estate Tag Sale event. The physical property, an 80 acre ranch comprising home, saloon, stables, several ponds, and outlying buildings will be sold at live auction at 12pm on Saturday August 4 by Dempsey Auctions.

Sale address will be released on Thursday August 2nd, but if you are looking to arrange lodging we suggest booking a room near Lake Oconee or on Hwy 441 in Milledgeville, both destinations approximately 15 minutes from the ranch.

There is no charge for admission.
