You are going to find amazing items at this sale.  Our client traveled and lived all over the world and has things from all the places he has been .  These pictures we posted are all pre-staged pictures.   We will swap out these pictures as we stage the house.   There is tons  of art work!!!!

No pre-sales,  and no giving out prices before the sale.  We will have as many as four people pricing this sale and I am the only one with access to this account so all questions come to me.  If I didn’t price it I won’t have a clue who did.   

New discount policy for Saturday.   I **We are permanently changing how we do the 50% off Sat. discount. I have had clients ask me to not go 50% off on Sat. at all or at least wait until the end of the day. Of course I can’t wait until the end of the day, but I can delay it a few hours. I have always known some people can’t come to the sale until Sat. so should they walk into 50% off?? First time shoppers on Friday don’t start at 50% off. Thinking of past family requests I am waiting until 12noon to start the 50% off discount. We will close at 11:30am. so we can have lunch (lunch has always been a problem when 50% off is going on) and open back up at 12noon at 50% off. This will stop the early birds from coming in at 11:40am and arguing with you when they want to check out at 12:05pm with their before 12noon purchases at 50% off.
