Payment: Cash is King, Credit is accepted with a 3% service charge.
Moving: It is encouraged for customers to bring help to move large items, ESLC will not have extra help to move items outside. Special pick ups can be arranged.
Family Removal of Items: In rare circumstances the client, their family, or a legal representative withdraws advertised items before the sale opens please understand this is uncommon and beyond our control. Whenever possible we update the pictures and description to reflect the withdrawal.
Children: All Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No strollers please
Restrooms: Due to the nature of this being a private home, there are no public restrooms.
All Sales Final: Please check your items before getting to the cashier, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Parking: Please abide by all parking signs on the streets in our neighborhoods. Please park on the house side of the street unless otherwise directed by signage to insure that emergency vehicles can pass. Please insure you are not blocking a driveway, mail box, or garbage can if they are out. Parking in the driveway is prohibited, it is only for pick ups.
