BRING HELP TO LOAD LAREGE ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!! Don't ask our staff to help move an item. Each staff member has a job to do.
We absolutely want you to have a great time at our sale. But please remember all sales are final. We accept CASH, CHECKS ($35.00 for NSF) and credit cards. Come prepared to take your items home the same day. We do not provide heavy lifting so bring your own helpers for lifting and transporting items from the sale. Shadetree Partners and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents while you're on the property. BE CAREFUL. When parking please make sure that you are not blocking driveways or the flow of safe traffic. We do our best to provide boxes, bags and paper but often run out. So be safe and bring your own. And yes, we do charge sales tax. It's the law. Thanks in advance for coming out.
