PICK UP/REMOVAL DATES Monday, June 5th from 10:00am to 4:00pm- Bring enough people and the proper equipment to help you load items.
REMOVAL ASSISTANCE All items in this auction may be picked up once Gleaton’s Estate Sales has received and acknowledged payment in full. Bidders are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Gleaton’s Estate Sales. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property. Gleatons Estate Sales reserves the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling.
If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CALL US AT 770 828 6423 so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.
SHIPPING Gleatons Estate Sales will gladly facilitate shipping with third party moving/shipping companies.
All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults. Gleatons Estate Sales and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Gleatons Estate Sales encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Gleatons Estate Sales is not responsible for incorrect listing information, if any.
