We happily accept cash and checks with proper identification. Should a check be dishonored by your banking institution we will charge a $38 return check fee in addition to the amount of the check. State sales tax will be assessed at check-out. We accept debit and credit cards. All items sold "As Is". All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS. We do not open the doors on sale day prior to posted sale time. Security is on site at all sales.

The homeowner loved to arrange flowers so there are many vases, silk flowers, and items used in flower arrangements. She also loved frogs, cats, and chickens so there are lots of figurines and household decor items that feature these cute creatures. Entertaining was second nature to this family so many wonderful things for the perfect party are up for sale. If you are familiar with Highlands, N.C. you know of the Stone Lantern. Many things in the home came from this wonderful store and can come home with you!
