~We are following CDC guidelines, so MASKS ARE REQUIRED for this sale. We also ask that you respect the 6 foot distancing from everyone who attends the sale. Thank you for working with us as we try to keep you and everyone safe and well. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon!!
~All Sales are final and ‘AS IS’..no refunds or exchanges.
~We will accept Cash, Debit or Credit Card (with $50 or more purchase), and checks at our digression.
~We only pre-sale with permission from owners. Additionally owner will, on occasions, pull items from sale. In either of these events, the item will be marked sold or removed from Estate Sales.net on the same day, so you will always know what is available.
~All items purchased MUST be picked up before 4:30 the last day of the sale (March 27)
~We WILL NOT LIFT, LOAD or DELIVER. Please make sure you bring someone who can help you load larger items. NO EXCEPTIONS!
