~If bringing children, please stay with them at all times as this home is full of 'valuable' breakable items. Also do not allow them to play with any toys displayed or run through the home. You will be responsible for any breakage...you break, you buy.

~We will accept CASH, checks (at our discretion) and Debit/Credit cards (w/$50 minimum). Cash Preferred!
~A 3% convenience fee will be charged to all cards.
~Due to time constraints and preparation for our sales, we will not be able to quote prices, or answer emails or phone calls during the sale as we will be with customers.
~We are not pre-selling, but occasionally the owner will pull items from sale which we will mark sold or remove from our ad.
~All items purchased MUST be picked up before 4:30 the last day of the sale
~There are NO public restrooms available at this sale.
~We ask that you adhere to all signs posted throughout the home (enter, exit and do not enter, etc).
~We WILL NOT LIFT, LOAD or DELIVER. Please make sure you bring someone who can help you load larger items. NO EXCEPTIONS!
