Logistics. Sale to take place RAIN or SHINE. Parking on the street only. DO NOT BLOCK A NEIGHBOR’S DRIVE. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access to this home. It is approximately 40 yards from the street to the house.
Please leave backpacks, large handbags, and firearms in your vehicles.
A Porta-Potty will be accessible outside. Certain areas of the home, e.g. bathrooms and the backyard, will be cordoned off to the public at the owner’s request. Please respect these boundaries.
Items will be “HELD” for a maximum of 30 minutes during a shopping session. After 30 minutes the items will be available for other shoppers to purchase. Items can be held overnight with a deposit of 50% of the purchase price.
