1. Cash Only received as form of payment.
2. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds
3. Movers will not be provided. Please be prepared to remove items purchased. Personnel will not be available to help in loading or
delivering items during the sale. For large item removals, a reasonable amount of time up to 5 days will be allowed for pickup.
4. Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic.
5. We are not responsible for any injury you may sustain while on the sales premises.
6. Due to Coronavirus risk, we are asking and requiring all attendees to our sales wear a mask.
7. A sanitizer station will be available to help reduce any risk. We will additionally be taking our own measures at our sales to reduce the
traffic flow during the sale to reduce any risk. Social distancing will be observed during the sale to reduce risk of possible infection.
