Please bring your own hep to load your items. We do not have anyone available to help move items. All items must be removed the last day of the sale, by closing time.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS - NO EXCHANGES - NO EXCEPTIONS - - Please make sure that you check your items before you purchase. We do not have time in many sales to check each items, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure it works.

There will be no public restrooms available - so please don't ask.
Parents - Please keep your children with you at all times and do not let them run around. YOU BREAK - YOU BUY!
We will have Security on the premises.
We are now required by GA law to collect GA Sales Tax - If you are tax exempt, please bring a copy of your exemption certificate. We are required to keep a copy. If your tax license is not up to date or you do not have a copy - you must pay sales tax.
Please remember that this is someone's home - be respectful. Also please remember NOT to block other neighbors driveways - IF at all possible only park on ONE side of the street - facing traffic - Especially around the house driveway - loaders cannot back out of driveway, when your car is on the other side of the street. I realize that you could be faced with walking a long way - But if you will be patient, someone will leave and you may have their spot.
I will not be able to give out prices before hand, however if you will email or text me, I will try to answer each and every question.
There will be no early sales. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to opening of sale.
