This is an Estate Sale/Downsizing Sale. This sale is an inside sale – back of two very large “meeting rooms”. No public bathroom – No animals. No smoking on the property – period.

Cash, checks / limited (with ID & owner approval) & credit card (with 4% charge) accepted. All sales are final. No warranties given. You break it, you own it. For larger purchases, your unexpired government ID will be scanned, either a Passport or Driver's License for Credit Card purchases. The receipt can be emailed or sent to you via text.
Please bring help to move big items. Not responsible for accidents.

Please bring cash or card Bring help to load your items. Beautiful antiques. Everything from marble topped Lyre tables to Zenith stereos. Owner inherited most of these items Furniture varies from Maghogahany based Lyre tables with marble tops to a 1955 Baby bed, including mattress, to Singer Sewing Machine (1800's). Chippendale Couch (RESERVE on this) . Miscellaneous appliances – some new and unopened! A few tools – only a few from grandparents. An IBM Selectric Typewriter – needs to be repaired. Tubs of electronics – serial port connectors – too many to list in that category. Bronze silverware in original case from the Vietnam era. A Magnavox Stereo & a Zenith with 8 track – It appears the Zenith has never been used. A huge china cabinet – American 1960's era – bring help – it weighs about 400 to 500 pounds in two pieces. Cookbooks. Old glasses. Some cookware – pots & pats. Some old tools. Some artwork – Dianne Monetti. Some of the artwork in solid wood custom made oak frames. Some printed & signed. Some taken by the seller. A Italian leather couch. A Lazy boy recliner. Iron bed (one owner) from the 1800's.
In addition, the sale includes framed art, electronics, holiday items, kitchen items including silverware, glassware, pots & pans, etc. The sale also has outdoor furniture, lawn & garden items, metal shelving, tools and more.
Please note the items have been tagged with a white tag. There is no reserve per se, but please come with a reasonable offer and money in mind. Some of these items are very high end, a few only, are “downsizing items” and are negotiable. There is no rhyme or reason, it is based on need, supply & demand – many things.
The house is very private you will have to look for the entrance and number on the MAILBOX. There will be yellow or orange tape marking where to park on the front lawn or park on the sidewalk/street. DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET. Heavily trafficked road. Please note, do not bring weapons, cigarettes, wear heavy perfumes/cologne or animals with you. Leave at home or in the car. Strictly enforced. Security will be assisting with the sale.
Bring your own boxes, or packing, whatever to take the items home. Bring your own help.

Since this is a private home sale, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to sell or be on the property if these rules are not adhered to. It is for the safety and sanctity of others that it has been requested.
Folks this sale has a little bit for everyone. Everything from the antiques, to some camping gear - new. To those quilters - to those needing a couch because your favorite puppy chewed on yours!
