1. PLEASE NOTE - NO PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING PICK-UP OF ITEMS.
2. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium charged to all high bid amounts but there are no additional credit card fees charged.
3. The card you used to register for this auction will be automatically charged in full at the conclusion of the auction.
4. Bank wire transfer required for any invoices or items over $5,000.
5. Your participation in this auction acknowledges your acceptance of these terms & conditions. DO NOT BID if you cannot abide by these conditions.
6. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is your agreement not to dispute charges to your registered credit card for the full amount due for this auction.
7. Appropriate sales tax will be charged unless you are tax exempt and have provided proper documentation BEFORE the bid deadline. If you are tax-exempt, proper tax-exempt documents MUST BE provided to us BEFORE bidding in order for sales tax to be removed from the purchase.
8. Georgia Sales Tax Exemption forms are available to download in the documents tab.
9. If we are unable to charge your card in full by the end of business on the day the auction ends, we reserve the right to resell the items to back up bidders or others. If the items are sold for less than your high bid amount(s), you may be liable for the difference between the high bid amount and the final sale price.

REMOVAL: Wednesday, May 6th from 9 AM – 2 PM

Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are delivered in a timely manner, NO EXCEPTIONS.
