All Sales Final: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and determining their condition before bidding or purchasing. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Item Descriptions: Descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith and are intended as a general guide. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully and asking questions before bidding or purchasing.

Payment: Payment must be made using the methods and within the timeframe specified for each sale. Any applicable taxes, buyer’s premiums, or additional fees will be disclosed in the individual sale listing.

Pickup & Removal: Buyers are responsible for collecting purchased items at the designated time and location. Items must be removed within the timeframe specified for the sale. Buyers are responsible for bringing any necessary tools, equipment, help, and transportation for removal. Charlene’s Auctioneering is not responsible for items left behind after the stated pickup deadline.

Bidding & Purchases: By placing a bid or completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to honor the purchase and comply with all sale-specific rules. Please review all sale details before participating.

Liability: Buyers assume responsibility for the safe handling, loading, transportation, and removal of purchased items. To the extent permitted by law, Charlene’s Auctioneering is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the inspection, purchase, or removal of items, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
