Butts Co. Sheriff's Dept. Seizure Auction

Butts County Sheriff's Department and Ole Hound Auction House will be conducting a seizure auction Saturday, July 27th at 10:00am. Preview and registration begin at 8:30am. Any person bidding will be required to register, and we encourage early arrival to register in advance of the start of the auction. All parking will be on the Ernest Biles Drive side of the Sheriff's Department. The auction will be conducted on the police seizure lot. All buyers will be charged a 10.5% buyer's premium (3% break with cash payment) as well as 7% sales tax on all items except vehicles.
