This sale is located in a lovely home built in the 1930’s. In addition to the home, there is a shop, an apartment and several outbuildings plus an old water tower that will be for sale. Mr. & Mrs. McAuley had lived in the home since purchasing it in 1982. Prior to 1982, the McAuley’s lived in Atlanta at which time Herb was the Ga. Tech head swim coach. The Ga. Tech aquatic center is named after him.
