Hello everyone! This is an RSVP Required Sign-up click here to SIGN-UP  and not later than 24 hours in advance of each day, sale at beautiful Country Club of the South in Johns Creek.  This is a downsizing sale, the family is moving to a substantially smaller home--the items in this sale are in very good condition.  We have hand made carpets, an assortment of sizes some are signed in the design by the maker. We have a king sized bedroom suite bed, and matching chest of drawers. We have the best ever two (2) matching Herman Miller Eames lounge chairs and foot stools, both are in excellent like new condition. There is an enormous set of Haviland Limoges dinner service with serving pieces; crystal, artwork--many pieces signed by the artist. There are many pieces of Eastlake furniture, chairs, a chest; we have many mirrors; a beautiful dining room table in light wood with matching chairs; there is a very nice Green Egg Smoker Grill with pieces that go with it including the Green Egg cover; there are many outdoor pieces of furniture, chairs and stands, a bench; an outdoor gas firepit like new, with a cover and the instruction manual. Outdoor pots and wall hanging, yard art; 19th century chest of drawers refinished nicely--note: all of the antique furniture has been professionally refinished at some point and well done.  We have a like-new Kimball spinet piano in an oak case--the piano plays well it is in very good condition perfect for piano lessons; We have a sofa, a sofa table made of glass and travertine type stone; we have high quality faux plants and flowers they are free of dust. There is a pair of upholstered chairs by Arhaus; a fantastic Italian style bar cart goldleaf. There are several TVs, some current thin screen Samsung; there are many pieces of electronics from the home sound system for sale included the speakers; we have a great leather lounge chair that is exceptionally comfortable the leather is like new and it has an electric leg lift that works at the push of a button; many decorative pieces of artwork and accessories that are safari animal type; beautiful mission style oak library table that is period and in excellent condition has been in the family.
