-Accept most major credit cards, bank cards and cash. ***NO CHECKS***
-Georgia Business Licensed company and Insured
-Taxes are collected on all purchases unless you bring proof of Tax Exempt status for file. If you do not provide proof of tax exempt status, you will be charged tax.
-Starting a new policy. NO LARGE PURSES OR BAGS. I will have a bag you can use while you are shopping throughout the sale ...return bag at checkout or before you leave to box provided. We will be providing these bags at all of our sales.
Parking available in front yard. If parking on street, one side of street only, do not block driveways and through traffic.
-All items are sold "as is, where is". There are no returns, refunds or exchanges. We do not always have time to check that every item is in working condition, test plugs will be available.
-BRING HELPERS to load large/heavy purchases. Please be careful when moving items not to damage property. You will be responsible for any damages to homeowners property.
-All purchases must be picked up before the close of the sale.
-Not responsible for accidents in, out and around the property.
-DO NOT BLOCK DRIVE WAY entrance and exit
-NO public restroom.
-Children MUST be accompanied with parents/adults
-Number system available 30 minutes before doors open, thank you for your patience when you are waiting in line.
