Terms

This is a cash only sale. Sales tax will be collected unless you have proof of a valid resale number. You will need help for loading large items as we Do Not load or deliver. The estate sale company nor the home owner is responsible for accidents on the property. There are stairs and uneven pavement, please consider this of you have difficulties walking.

Areas of the home are still occupied and the public is asked to respect the owners privacy.

Please be considerate of the neighbors and do not block their driveways or mailboxes. Park on one side of the street only or there will not be room for cars to pass. Thank you in advance for your courtesy.
