Early Bird Perks
• Raffle Prizes: One $50 and two $25 Amazon gift cards! Shoppers who arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time on the first day and enter their name and email address on the guest list are entered into a raffle. The raffle will be conducted 10 minutes prior to sale time.
• The guest list will be posted one hour prior to sale start time on the first day. You may sign in and leave the premises and still retain your place in line when we open.

• Enter the premises at your own risk. Blue tape marks uneven surfaces and inaccessible rooms.
• Please bring help for large/heavy items. Staff does not assist with removing or transporting items from the house. We can refer you to a fantastic moving company for delivery.
● Stealing is a crime. You will be prosecuted if caught shoplifting.

PARKING: We want to be courteous to neighbors; please park only on the side of the street indicated by parking signs and avoid blocking driveways and mailboxes.
RAFFLE: Upon arrival, you will find a sign-in sheet outside the home (posted 1 hour prior to sale start time). Please sign in to reserve your place in line. You are welcome to leave after signing in; please return at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time to participate in the raffle.
