We accept CASH and CREDIT CARDS, WE DO NOT CHARGE CREDIT CARD FEES, so use that extra 3% savings to buy some more quality stuff here!
Please be patient! Doors will open at the published time, not before. We DO NOT do pre-sales, or give out prices prior to the sale.
The state of Georgia requires us to collect sales tax, so sadly we must.
Please help our employees stay well by following CDC/state guidelines regarding COVID-19; including SOCIAL DISTANCING and wearing a face mask/covering.
All firearm sales will be executed under a bill of sale, buyer must provide a valid driver's licence or other government- issued documentation and attest that they are legally allowed to purchase firearms in the state of Georgia- NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE NO PARKING in the driveway except to pick-up/load your new treasures. Please be respectful of neighbors and DO NOT block driveways or mailboxes.
Please DO NOT bring food or drinks into the house and DO NOT leave any trash. NO rest rooms available. NO PETS please!
We can only allow a limited number of people in the house at a time.
Please select your items and inspect them carefully BEFORE purchasing! NO REFUNDS. SOLD AS IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
We DO NOT guarantee items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
When attending ANY of our estate sales, you agree to ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Blue Moon Estate Sales is NOT responsible for any accidents or for anything that happens during, or as a result of attending/purchasing items at any of our sales.
STEALING IS A CRIME and we will call the police.
By entering our sale, you consent to be videotaped and photographed, as the premises may have security cameras.
