We are BACK.....yes we moved to Florida, but when friends of many years calls and asks we had to say yes, and you will be glad we did as this is a fabulous sale. This couple, having to need to move to a more assisted life style, are leaving for us to sale, 50 years of collecting, selling at shows, antique shops, and more, as this home has many different collections.
This will be our usual 3 day sale, beginning on Thursday, then Friday, and Saturday morning for sales, and then auction at noon selling anything that is left to highest bidder
Please note....under rules of the State of Georgia we will be collecting sales tax on all sales, UNLESS you have a valid Sales Tax Permit that you can provide for us....PLEASE NOTE, UNDER GEORGIA TAX CODE, WE WILL NOT BE COLLECTING SALES TAX ON ANY COIN OR CURRENCY SALES//....ALL other sales are subject to the applicable tax.
Well, in spite of good intentions to fully retire, and we are enjoying the beaches, and seafood regularly, we have been enticed to return to handle the estate of our old traveling and collecting friends, who have also retired and letting everything go. September 23-24-25 sale dates. They have been collectors, and dealers in fine glassware and sterling silver for many years, and have lived in their home for the last 47 years, and it is FULLY PACKED. Beautiful Victorian style sofa, and side chairs, china cabinets, end & coffee tables, dinning room table with chairs, kitchen table/chairs, gun cabinet, family room & patio furnishings. Sterling Silver, ( 3 sets of flatware plus MUCH other), 100's of fine glass, pottery, large Royal Doulton collection & other porcelains, large doll collection, vintage English Royalty, much old kitchen collectibles, coins , Life magazines, record albums & old 45's, military & hunting firearms ( rifles, shotguns, pistols...Marlin .22 39A, Remington .30-06, Remington 12GA, M1 Garand .30-06, AK47, Star 9mm, Henry.22, and many others), and 1000's of rounds of ammo in many calibers. Reference books, shop FULL of hand and shop tools, (Lathe, bandsaw, table saw's, pressure washer, generator, pressure washer, shredder, mower, vises, saws, edger's and more, plus all hand tools you'd ever want want. Much Christmas ornaments, older Hallmark, and decorations, large older Auburn University collectibles, Add to all of that. which is a tiny portion of what we could list, but all of their display supplies, folding tables, shelving, plate stands, and other commercial supplies.....we just found there is an attic and it is FULL.......will keep unpacking As best we can.......
This is truly a LARGE sale and honestly something for everyone. Come early...and often...and remember we will have the Auction on Saturday to sell any AND all that remain.
