Estate Sale Solutions LLC Customer Policy

Please be advised that participation in any Estate Sale Solutions LLC (a/k/a "ESS LLC") event signifies your understanding and acceptance of the following key terms and operational procedures. Your cooperation is appreciated to ensure a secure and efficient experience for all.

Payment: Estate Sale Solutions accepts the following forms of payment - Cash, electronic credit/debit cards. Person checks are not accepted. *Credit card processing fees for Square Point of Sale System® (POS), Inc., 3.5%, for payment POS card processing (including Swipes/Taps with Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, $CashApp and Zelle), are types of credit/debit cards accepted. Customers are responsible for formal Registration of vehicle, boat, and/or firearm purchases. NO personal checks, PayPal, or Venmo are not accepted. Local Sales Tax will be charged for all purchases, in the County where sale occurs. *Registered non-profit organizations must present a ‘valid’ and ‘active’ State of Georgia Tax Exempt Document/License, in order to avoid local Sales Taxes. ESS LLC has the right to check/refuse Tax Exemptions, if not proven.

Purchases: All sales are final. Everything is sold as-is, where is. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES honored. Please be sure to inspect items before you purchase. Estate Sale Solutions LLC requests customers to bring help for large purchases/items that need hauling/transport. Pick up of large items must be discussed with ESS LLC, as not to disrupt the event. Customers will have until the end of the posted Estate Sale end date to pick up items. Arrangements for Hauling/transport must be arranged, and removals completed by the end date of the Estate Sale - (unless prior confirmation is made with ESS LLC). ESS LLC staff is not responsible for helping with moving items, loading/hauling, lost items, or items left without pick up after Estate Sale end date/time provided.

Security & Safety: Estate Sale Solutions has active Security at all Estate Sale events (both identifiable and covert). Customers are asked to bring their own bags. All bags must be left at the Pay Table, prior to shopping for items. All bags will be checked at exit by ESS LLC Security Team. An electronic receipt will be sent to the customers phone/email upon payment, and must accompany them at exit as proof of payment for their item(s). Theft will be reported. For our customers safety, SIGNAGE WILL BE POSTED TO ALERT their Movements. Customers are asked when they enter the Estate Sale, pay close attention to all Signage, e.g., parking, walking, bathroom(s), watch your step, no firearms welcome, no smoking, and other signage to alert them.

Liability: Estate Sale Solutions LLC assumes no liability for COVID, personal injury, or theft of purchased items left on premises. Emotional Support, and Service Animals, require Proof of Rabies e.g., wearing Rabies RegistrationTags, and must alert ESS LLC staff prior to entering the Estate. Please take charge of Children, Emotional Support, Service Animals, and persons requiring support, brought with you to the Estate Sale. Please know, Estate Sale Solutions LLC, nor its Agent, assumes no responsibility for injury/theft of persons/pets engaged in Estate Sale events. ESS LLC reserves the right to refuse service. Theft may result in conviction. ESS LLC is not responsible for accidents, nor firearm incidents (concealed carry or otherwise), or injury to persons, pets and children. Property owner, nor ESS LLC not responsible for accidents as a result of noncompliance.

1. Regarding Payments & Applicable Fees:
You are advised that accepted forms of payment include cash, approved electronic payment methods, and business checks accompanied by valid identification.
Kindly note that personal checks, PayPal, and Venmo are not accepted.
Please be aware that a 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions processed via Square POS® (including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Zelle, and Apple Pay).
Be advised that all sales are subject to applicable local and state sales tax.
2. Regarding Purchased Item Registration:
Customers are advised that they bear sole responsibility for the legal registration of any purchased vehicles, boats, or firearms, in accordance with all relevant laws.
3. Regarding Security Measures & Proof of Purchase:
Please be advised that all bags may be subject to inspection upon exiting the premises.
You are reminded that a valid sales receipt is required as proof of purchase for all items.
Note that any instances of suspected theft will be duly reported to law enforcement. Surveillance systems may be in operation.
4. Regarding On-Premises Conduct:
All participants are strongly advised to observe all posted signage and to exercise caution while on the estate sale premises.
5. Regarding Our Sales Policy:
Please be advised that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Items are sold in "as-is" condition, and no returns or exchanges will be permitted. We advise you to inspect items thoroughly before making a purchase.
6. Regarding Removal of Purchased Items:
Customers are advised that they must arrange for and complete the hauling/transport of all purchased items by the designated end date of the sale, unless a prior written extension has been confirmed by ESS LLC.
ESS LLC is not responsible for deliveries or for items that are not collected as per the agreed terms.
7. Regarding Liability Limitations:
Please be advised that ESS LLC and the property owners assume no liability for COVID-19, personal injury, or theft occurring on the premises.
Customers are responsible for the close supervision of any service animals and children they bring to the sale; ESS LLC assumes no liability for incidents involving them.
Be advised that ESS LLC is not liable for accidents, including those involving firearms. Non-compliance with these advisements and posted rules may impact determinations of liability.
8. General Advisements:
ESS LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual.
Theft is a serious offense and may result in conviction.
