GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Agreement to Terms
By registering and/or placing a bid, buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions of Sale in full. A bid is a binding offer to purchase.
Agency
Grasons of Johns Creek acts as agent for the seller/estate unless otherwise disclosed.
Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
This auction is accessible through third-party bidding platforms including
LiveAuctioneers. These platforms are independently operated, charge their own fees,
and maintain their own terms and privacy policies, over which Grasons of Johns Creek
has no control. By bidding through a third-party platform, Buyer releases Grasons of
Johns Creek from liability arising from that platform's services.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or
federal courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Grasons of Johns Creek harmless from claims
arising from Buyer's breach of these Terms, misuse of purchased property, or violation
of law.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Buyer's Premium
A Buyer's Premium of 18% will be added to the hammer price as follows on all lots won
through LiveAuctioneers.
Payment Methods & Related Fees
When purchases are made via LiveAuctioneers.com, we accept all forms of payment
accepted in the LiveAuctioneers terms and conditions. See the LiveAuctioneers terms
and conditions for fees related to various forms of payment. At our onsite estate sales,
we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Cash App, and tap and pay for accepted payment
methods such as Apple Pay and other cash apps. A 3% surcharge is charged for credit
card transactions.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected unless the buyer has submitted valid exemption
documentation. LiveAuctioneers manages collection of sales tax.
PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

As Is, Where Is
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all imperfections and faults. Buyer is solely
responsible for inspecting photographs/descriptions and requesting additional
information regarding areas of concern before bidding.
All Sales Final
All sales are final except where otherwise required by law or applicable LiveAuctioneers
policies.

Descriptions & Condition Disclaimer
Descriptions, dimensions, ages, materials, attribution and condition reports are provided
in good faith but are not guarantees or warranties. Absence of a condition statement
does not imply an item is flawless.
Authenticity / Attribution
Identification, maker, age, provenance and attribution should be treated as opinions
unless specifically guaranteed.
Photos Disclaimer
Photographs form part of the description, but colors, scale and condition may appear
differently on screens.
Jewelry / Precious Metals
Unless specifically stated otherwise, gemstone identification, weights, measurements
and metal testing are approximate; stones may not have been laboratory tested. Metals
may not have been tested.
Electrical / Mechanical Items
Items are not guaranteed to operate safely unless expressly stated; buyers should have
appropriate equipment inspected before use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Auctioneer is not liable for catalog errors or
omissions, bidding-platform or technology interruptions, or other issues beyond its
reasonable control. Liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the
applicable lot, except where otherwise required by law.
BIDDING & PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reserves & Estimates
Estimates are opinions only and not a prediction of final price. Lots may carry a reserve.
Bidding Rules & Auctioneer's Discretion

The auctioneer regulates bidding and reserves the right to withdraw lots, correct catalog
errors, reject any bid, reopen bidding/reoffer lot in case of dispute/tie, adjust bid
increments at its discretion, and determine the successful bidder. The bidder
acknowledged by the auctioneer is the buyer; the auctioneer's decision is final.
Right to Reject Bidders
Grasons of Johns Creek reserves the right to refuse registration or bids from any person
at its sole discretion.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title passes to Buyer upon the fall of the hammer / acceptance of the winning bid. Risk
of loss and responsibility for the lot transfers to Buyer at that time, regardless of when
payment or pickup occurs.
Card-on-File / Autopay Disclosure
Grasons of Johns Creek (or the platform, if applicable) may charge the credit card on
file at the time the invoice is sent.
Non-Payment / Default
If Buyer fails to pay within the stated timeframe, Grasons of Johns Creek may cancel
the sale, resell the lot (with Buyer liable for any deficiency and resale costs), retain any
deposit, and/or pursue collection including attorney's fees of 15% of the outstanding
balance plus 1.5% monthly interest.
SHIPPING & PICKUP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shipping & Handling
LiveShipping is available for most items. Grasons of Johns Creek assumes no liability
for loss or damage once an item is tendered to the LiveShipping carrier or the buyer
arrives to pick up the item.
Pickup Handling
Free local pickup is available for some items. For local pickup: handling, removal, and
loading is the Buyer's responsibility unless otherwise arranged. For large or heavy
items, bring help. Grasons of Johns Creek may offer handling, removal, and loading
assistance for a fee.
Pickup Deadlines & Storage Fees
All purchases must be picked up EITHER during the designated pickup window
indicated in the auction lot description OR within five (5) business days of invoice if no
pickup window is designated. Items not removed within this window will incur a storage
fee of $10?$100 per lot, per day. Merchandise left beyond ten (10) business days will
be considered abandoned and title will transfer to Grasons of Johns Creek for resale or
disposal without refund to the buyer.
