-We are a licensed, insured and bonded business. We have conducted over 525 sales. We have a licensed appraiser on staff.
-All Sales are Final. There are No Refunds, No Returns....No Exceptions. Please check your items!! We do not plug every item in and start every item, it is your responsibility to check your item for breaks, cracks, etc. Thank you!
-We accept Cash and All Major Credit Cards. (No personal checks please.)
-Please Bring Your Own Paper for Wrapping and Bags (Bring us your bags and we will recycle them!!)
-We are unable to research every item in the home, therefore we may be unaware of any recalls or safety issues on items being sold. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing it.
-We allow Bids on all items....ask about details :)
-Please bring help to move your items. We will be busy assisting customers and can not assist with heavy lifting and loading. On Saturdays, we will have assistance, that work for tips :)
-"Holding" is a commitment to buy.
