We are kicking off a multi-weekend estate sale, which means Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will all be full price. With the volume of items on this property, we will not be doing typical end-of-day discounts just yet.

Plan to stay a while, there is a LOT to see. There are far more items than what is shown in the photos, and we are still uncovering treasures.

You’ll find an incredible selection, including amazing woodworking tools, furniture, household items, outdoor pieces, and more.

• Main level items must be checked out on the main level

• Items from the main level should NOT be taken downstairs or outside without being paid for first

• Basement and outdoor items must be paid for at the basement checkout area and should not be brought upstairs

Please bring help to load heavy items and any tools you may need to disassemble furniture or equipment. Follow all posted signage and directions from our team.

Safety + Parking:

This property has a lot going on, so please be aware:

• Multiple tripping hazards

• Uneven terrain, dips, and hills throughout the property

• Large stone pieces from Stone Mountain located on site

Parking will be along the grass beside the driveway. Please park in a way that allows others to easily enter and exit, and be mindful of oncoming traffic.
