NON SMOKING 4-bedroom home, occupied by a single "country chic" individual. Enjoying crafts, painting, coloring, etc. with MANY mediums available. Pencils, Cricut, etc. Also have a lot of outdoor equipment including lawnmowers, edgers/trimmers, blowers, grills, pressure washers, lawn chemicals and pesticides, spreaders, and MANY other items of interest for the lawn enthusiast. Small outdoor furniture set to include 2 chairs and glass top table also available. Items are well cared for and of modern-day construction (MDF)....This is NOT a vintage sale. All of the items in the home are under 5 years of age. A lot of electronics, Televisions, Shure MV7 microphone, Kanto YU2 speakers etc. Many area rugs, end tables, Tiffany-style lamps, and furniture! There is also a record player, and some records, only a few....
Arts and craft brands available are Cricut, Copic, Faber Castell, Caran d'Ache, Holbein, Schimcke, and other high-end professional products. The Cricut is a Maker 3, with every available blade (about 10), Cricut tools (spatula, picks, rollers etc.), and a selection of vinyl's as well as stencils. We also have artificial flowers, wood rounds, stamps, and much more!
Lots of kitchen items as well, just not enough time to put it all up on here.
Because this is a Pop-Up sale, we don't have a lot of photos and are actively pulling things out of drawers and spaces...What we do know, is that there is plenty of quality items to be re-homed. Come out and see us! Thank you kindly for reading through this and we hope to see you this weekend =)
