Cash, local checks and credit cards.

Breakfast and lunch available for sale at concession stand benefiting Hilltoppers Pony Club, a local equestrian education group for young riders.

Music and wine in the garden. Donations to Hilltoppers Pony Club appreciated.

Bring a box or two for shopping if you think you will need them. Wrapping paper provided, but please be courteous and use only what's needed to get your items home safely.

There is a small flight of stairs to climb to enter the sale and a large flight to climb to access the second story. If you are unable to climb stairs, have a health or balance condition which might prevent you from climbing stairs, please do not attempt them.

The house is packed with items. Please watch your step and pay attention to your surroundings as you shop. Not responsible for accidents.

Do not cross roped off areas or attempt to open doors that are locked. Closets and other areas are off limits.

Restrooms in the house are NOT for public use - please use the portable restroom provided outside.

Each room will be staffed. Please ask for help removing items off the wall, etc.

We are expecting a very large crowd. Be prepared to wait in line to enter the sale and to check out.

Price reductions as sale progresses. Come Friday for the best selection and Sunday for the most bargains.

All merchandise must be picked up by Monday at 3:00 pm. Please make arrangements with staff if you need to come on Monday.

Loading assistance will be provided if availability of staff permits. If you intend to purchase heavy items (ie the giant corner cupboard), please bring help.

No refunds - all sales final and all merchandise as is.
