Terms & Conditions
1). Cash preferred due to speed of checkout since the historic district of Madison Ga has terrible cell service. We will try to take your Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or Zelle. Need to use a credit card?? If so then you need to add that card to your Venmo or PayPal account. Checks accepted with prior approval.
2) Robert will be on hand to HELP load, but there will be a fee. $5.00 to $20.00 depending on the piece. I’m going to try this after the horrible way the public demanded help and wanted it immediately at a previous sales. Rude, rude, rude, non-tipping ungrateful people at our Lake Oconee sale and a few at our sale last weekend!! Most companies do not offer any help whatsoever and I now know why.
3) You all know we always offer to help you get your packages to your car and there will be no fee or tip expected for this “lightweight” and “non-back breaking” task. Lol.
4) Another point I want to make is I suggest you review the pictures again on Thursday night before coming to the sale to make sure nothing has happened to something you had your heart on buying. I don’t presell unless it’s posted in the ad, but there have been times (rarely) that the family pulls something, or something gets broken.
5) I absolutely will not give out prices prior to the sale. 99% of the time when I give out the price that person doesn’t show up at the sale or they don’t even acknowledge that I gave them the price in a text or email. This applies to everyone (friends included) going forward. I don’t bring a price list home with me and my memory isn’t as good as it used to be. I often don’t price until Wednesday and Thursday before the sale and work late those nights. I have had as many as 40 emails asking prices before and I just can’t answer everyone. Sometimes I find people’s questions in my spam folder after the sale.
6). Please do not call my shops. The shops are totally separate businesses. They do not know prices, availability or measurements. They get the same info you get by reading this ad.
7). I hate that I am starting to sound like other estate sale companies but I now understand why other companies do what they do.
8). Everyone should have to conduct an estate sale once in their lifetime to know why we have to have all these crazy rules.

This is a re-do of last weeks sale. It rained and was super messy on Friday so we decided to not have a 50% off sale on Saturday in all fairness to my client.
This Friday will be the 50% off sale. More than likely we will do the 75-90% off towards the end of the day. The family wants the house empty to put on the market. Here are a few pictures but will post more tomorrow after I go re-stage a little. There is more stuff but I have to take new pictures to make sure sold items aren’t in the new pictures.
