1. There are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions. In other words, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. We accept cash or credit. (We charge Sales Tax and a Transaction fee for credit card).
3. Please be prepared to provide your own labor. Our staff may not be available to help in moving, loading, and delivering items during the sale.
4. Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made.
5. Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic. Please Do NOT park on any lawns.
6. We are not responsible for any injury you sustain while on the premises where the sale is being held.
7. All children are to remain directly with their parents and must be supervised at all times. Children are NOT allowed to play with or handle items before they have been purchased. Parent is responsible for purchasing any items broken by their children.
8. If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9. There are no public restrooms.
