Terms

All lots will be sold. 

- Sale begins to close Saturday December 8 at  6pm EST with a lot closing every 90 seconds. 

- Our sales feature extended bidding. The bidding will be extended for an additional 3 minutes when a bid is placed within the last five minutes of closing time. This to prevent "bid snipping".

- All items sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS". ALL FINAL SALES.

PAYMENT
AUTO-DEBIT will be executed for all sales (our system will automatically charge the card on file after the close of the sale). 

PRE APPROVED PAYMENT please text or notify 770-833-2024  prior to 6pm Friday  Nov 30th if you wish to pay by a different method

PICK-UP PEACHTREE & BENNETT
Located on Jonesboro Rd near Scotts Antique Market

Saturday Following Closing till 8 P.M
Sunday Dec 9th 10.am- 4pm

Mon 10am-2pm

Pickup at Peachtree and Bennett or Shipping Available with Prior Notice Only

Buyer is responsible for immediate shipping and payment arrangements
Successful bidder will forfeit your items if you fail to pick them up or arrange for alternate pick up and shipping through an outside carrier within the allowed time-frame. Title and ownership of the items will revert to Peachtree & Bennett, which may resell or donate the items or restore them to the seller at their sole discretion.
