• Grasons is not responsible for and does not offer refunds on purchased items you leave behind.

• Enter the premises at your own risk. Blue tape marks uneven surfaces and inaccessible rooms.
• Please bring help for large/heavy items. Staff does not assist with removing or transporting items from the house. We can refer you to a fantastic moving company for delivery.
