We accept cash and checks (with a driver’s license). We do not accept credit or debit cards.
There is often a line when we first open the doors. Usually it dissipates within an hour or two. On our most popular sales, the line could last until 1 p.m. We hate to make customers wait, be we must limit the number of people we allow in a home for security and safety reasons. We learned years ago that when too many people are inside, the crowd can get out of hand and people get hurt.
You must come to the sale to make any purchase offer. Please do not contact us before the sale to inquire about merchandise or after the sale has closed to inquire about purchasing a product you saw there. If you want something you see at a sale but do not want to pay the asking price, leave a bid. If the item does not sell, Ann or Dell will accept the highest bid as long as the estate owner approves it. If your bid is accepted, Dell or Ann will call you. Once a sale has ended at 4 p.m. on the final sale day, that estate sale has closed. At 2 p.m. on Saturday we discount most items.
