Living estate sale at beautiful home off Whitlock Avenue in historic Marietta, GA. Terms of the sale are cash or check w/picture identification only, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS. Boxes and paper will be provided for packing small items, please bring assistance in moving and removing large furniture and other items, help will not be available at the sale. All items must be removed from the home at the close of the sale unless other arrangements have been made or inclement weather should occur. Please respect the homeowner's property by not damaging walls or flooring when removing large furniture items. Please do not enter/open cabinets/rooms marked DO NOT OPEN or PRIVATE DO NOT ENTER. Parking will be on the street, please be respectful of surrounding homes by not blocking mail boxes or driveways. No parking in the driveway, it is reserved for loading items you have purchased. Purses and large bags/boxes cannot be brought into the home. Parents, please keep small children with you at all times, you will be responsible for breakage or damage to items. All items are sold AS IS with no expressed or written guarantee or warranty. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY.
