This is a cash only sale. Sales tax will be collected unless you have proof of a valid resale number. You will need help for loading large items as we Do Not load or deliver. The estate sale company nor the home owner is responsible for accidents on the property. There are stairs and uneven pavement, please consider this of you have difficulties walking. There is a pool and children WILL NOT be allowed in the pool area without an adult. This is for their safety.
