Cash or check with proper ID,........ no credit or debit cards...Sales Tax will be collected.
Items must be removed during the sale dates if possible, but all MUST be removed by by 11/4 if possible, but could arrange for pick up on Monday the 6th.
Please bring extra help for loading larger items. We always try to have boxes and packing papers, but always bring extra for your own packing if possible.
NOTE....This will be a 3 day sale, ending with our regular AUCTION, selling all remaining at 11AM on Saturday 4th.
Please note....under new rules of the State of Georgia we will be collecting sales tax on all sales, UNLESS you have a valid Sales Tax Permit that you can provide for us.

This large beautiful home is filled with many collectibles, along with antique furnishings, Antique Baker dining table, 8 chairs, buffet, antique maple hutch, hall table, beautiful bow front antique chest/table, matching couch and love seat, many incredible hand sewn quilts, linens, and needlepoint, dozen of vintage Hummels, Royal Doulton, Lladro & others, old books .....
