THIS IS A CASH ONLY SALE-checks are ok if we know you.
It will be your responsibility to move large items yourself. You may park near the driveway to load large items. We have no one available to help move things.
All purchases are as is/where is. Please examine your purchases carefully.
Children are very welcome at this sale. The children of today are the shoppers of tomorrow, and we encourage them. We also encourage shoppers to pick up things and to examine them. You don't have to walk around with your hands in your pockets. We want the experience of an estate to be an enjoyable time. Take your time and look at all we have to sell.
Dealers are also appreciated.
We are not responsible for accidents. Please be careful.
Numbers will be given out one hour before opening. The earlier you get here, the sooner you get into the house.

T. P. and Willene Stewart are/were lifelong Henry County residents.  They never lived anywhere other than in Henry County.  He was a rural mail carrier and was known and loved by many people.  Theirs is a lovely house with lots of nice things.

Dryer.  Works ok.Washer.  Works well, also.There are perhaps a dozen of the Svarovski Christmas chrystal ornaments.  one for each year starting in the late 1900's.  The family kept three of them.  Swarovski Christmas ornaments in original boxes.  Side table that we found in the living room next to the sofa.  Notice the different color on the drawer.  Quality is good. Very nice crystal and glass items, on top of the really good dining room table.  The table is quality.  I have no clue what this is, but the two sides close over the white bowl.  Chip and dip, perhaps?  Check the metal that causes the wooden top to open.This is the mirror that is above the sideboard.  It and the sideboard probably come from the 1950's and are in excellent condition-no scratches or such.A pair of Asian vases.Sale PictureSale PictureThese are Noritake.  The pattern name is Manarose.  We looked up the name of the pattern-it is not written on the back of the individual pieces.  There are several nice serving pieces included, plus it appears there is a set of twelve.  Nice serving piece of Noritake.  We didn't find chips or cracks anywhere.  The front of this really cute bride and groom set reads "before" on both the bride and the groom.The back of this set of bride and groom figurines reads "after". The way I understand things, during WWII the pennies were make of steel instead of copper because the supply of copper was limited. If my memory serves me correctly, it started about 1952 more of less, by First Baptist Church, McDonough.  After only a few years, the name and location changed.  It's current name is Eagle's Landing Christian Academy.  This is a heavy wooden plaque that might have been given to athletes. Most, if not all of the furntiure in the house is from the 1950's and condition is uniformly good.Silverware chest.  Good condition.  Looks nice in the foyer of this house.  Christmas village houses-a bunch of them.  March is a good time to get them because nobody is thinking abou buying them now, so price will be a bargain.  There are other Christmas things.  This tree rotates and plays music, and is very elegant looking.I have never seen one of these in Henry County before.  It is a sawgrass basket  hand made in the Charleston SC area  probably by the Gullah.  You can rarely find them outside of the Charleston area.  Wood chipper.  We were told by the family that it works.  This freezer was working when it was put where it was.  upright,  gonna be priced to sell.  Blue, very old wash stand.  Looks good, condition is good.Hand cross stitch of the Henry County Court House.  I'm guessing the pattern is from before 1980.
